Word Aflame Children's Church

Our children’s church is divided into two groups, 3- 5 yr olds and K-6th grade. The children start out in the main adult service and are dismissed during the worship service. A message will appear on the screen when it is time for them to go to Children’s Church. This gives the child a chance to be a part of the adult service and feel connected and a part of that service as well. When the child graduates from Children’s Church he/she is already familiar with the adult service and there can be an easy transition into the next level in the body of Christ.

Our Children’s Church is designed to teach boys and girls, how to understand and involve themselves in a regular worship service. You’ll find that our Children’s Church services parallel our adult services in many ways: praise and worship, prayer request and ministry times, offerings, Bible preaching, testimony times, altar calls, puppets, object lessons, plus loads of fun. In our Children’s Church you will also find dedicated adults who are called in this area ministry to come alongside with the parent and help their child understand who they are in Christ.
Teaching children about ministry is not enough, but by involving them in service to others through effective ministries that they enjoy, children can see that Jesus can use them and they are important to Christ now! Children are not only the church of tomorrow; they are the church of today and members of the Lord’s army!
